Who is Xquisite Dream Travel?
Xquisite Dream Travel is a full-service on-line New York based travel company owned and operated by Joanne Brown. We offer our clients customized vacation planning around the world according to your specific travel needs. Xquisite Dream Travel also host several groups trips each year
Is Xquisite Dream Travel a certified license travel company?
Yes, we are certified CCRA Travel Commence Network – Accredited Travel Agency.
What are your hours?
We are available Monday – Thursday 10am – 5pm EST, Friday 10am – 1pm EST, and Saturday by appointment only. We are closed Sundays. We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends at info@xquisitedreamtravel.com.
Do I need a passport?
For all international destinations a US passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates is required. Non-US citizens need to contact the consulate for the country they are visiting to determine entry requirements. It is the responsibility of the traveler to verify and obtain all necessary documentation needed for your trip. Further, any minors traveling without both legal parents and guardians need to travel with a notarized letter of consent.
Do you charge a professional service fee?
Yes. The planning process is the most important step. It takes time to create a perfect dream vacation. Our minimal fees are intended to ensure that our clients receive the quality of service they expect & deserve. This fee is a separate from the total cost and is due at the time you submit the traveler profile form. We do not fulfill requests without payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments or mail in payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. For mail-in payments, we accept money orders and certified checks. Please note personal checks will not be accepted 60 days prior to the event. For individual reservations we, accept credit card authorization forms. Note that all additional PayPal charges will be included in the total.
Are payment plans available?
Yes! When you book travel 6 months in advance, Xquisite Dream Travel can create a trip with a deposit and payment schedule. All funds are typically due 45-90 days prior to departure (up to 120 days for some cruise lines).
