Meet Joanne

Hello! My name is Joanne V. Brown, and I am the proud owner and principal travel advisor of Xquisite Dream Travel. I help families, groups, and couples create a lifetime of treasured memories by helping them plan their dream vacations.
I am a native New Yorker, wife, and mother, so I know how tough it can be to plan a trip. You have to get all the details perfect and make everyone happy…which can be impossible sometimes.

More important, though, I am an avid traveler. I have been traveling both domestically and internationally since I was young and love helping others with children travel easily around the world and the US. Going to Pennsylvania every summer gave me incredible childhood memories, and I love helping families create their own traveling traditions and memories.

At age 16, my maternal grandmothers’ sisters took me on my first cruise that was a fundraising event for the church. We went to Nova Scotia on a cruise from Boston. I got this delicious fisherman’s platter before we boarded the ship.

And I had motion sickness the WHOLE time. Talk about a wild experience, as I could not even leave the cabin. But I did not let this rough experience mess up how I felt about cruises.

Now, cruises are one of my favorite ways to travel, and I often organize cruises for families, groups, and couples. It is a great way to explore and spend quality time with those that you love. I also have a special spot in my heart for planning Caribbean vacations as the beautiful scenes always make for fun beach memories.

As I continued to travel, I realized that I LOVED the planning part. I would spend countless hours planning family trips and making sure everything was perfect. My detail-oriented nature will do the same for you when I am planning your trip. I will take care of all the details so you can just have fun.
